(E) Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation,
market orientation and entrepreneurial competence on the performance of
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Food in Pekanbaru City. The
population in this study were all food MSMEs in Pekanbaru City whose exact
location was unknown. The sample used was 120 samples using a purposive
sampling technique through the distribution of online questionnaires to food
MSMEs in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. The research method used was the
Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with
SmartPLS software version 3. The results of the study on the R-Square value
showed that entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and
entrepreneurial competence had an influence on the performance of food
MSMEs in Pekanbaru City of 83% and were said to have a strong influence
while the other 17% were influenced by other variables not used in this study.
Furthermore, the results of the hypothesis test showed that the entrepreneurial
orientation variable had a positive and significant effect on business
performance variables, the market orientation variable had a positive and
significant effect on business performance variables and the entrepreneurial
competence variable had a positive and significant effect on business

(M) Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi
kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar dan kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja
Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Pangan di Kota Pekanbaru.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelaku UMKM pangan di Kota
Pekanbaru yang tidak diketahui secara pasti. Sampel yang digunakan
berjumlah 120 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling
melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring kepada pelaku UMKM pangan di
Kota Pekanbaru, Provinsi Riau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah
metode Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan
software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian pada nilai R-Square menunjukkan
bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar dan kompetensi kewirausahaan
memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM pangan di Kota Pekanbaru 83%
dan dikatakan memiliki pengaruh yang kuat sementara 17% lainnya
dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini.
Selanjutnya hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel orientasi
kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja
usaha, variabel orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
variabel kinerja usaha dan variabel kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja usaha dari UMKM pangan pada
