Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this study is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial
competence, risk-taking, and entrepreneurial orientation on the entrepreneurial intention of
FEB (Faculty of Economics and Business) students at Tarumanagara University. In this study,
data was processed using SmartPLS 4 software. The data collection technique used was a
questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The sample size for this research consisted of 205
respondents, with the population being FEB students at Tarumanagara University. The
sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The
analytical method employed in this study was Partial Least Squares Structural Equation
Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial competence and
entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial
intention of FEB students at Tarumanagara University, while risk-taking has a positive but not
significant effect on their entrepreneurial intention.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan,
pengambilan risiko, dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa FEB
Universitas Tarumanagara. Dalam penelitian ini data diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS
4. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan google form. Jumlah sampel
responden yang diambil untuk penelitian ini yaitu 205 responden dengan mahasiswa FEB
Universitas Tarumanagara sebagai populasi. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik nonprobability
sampling
dengan
metode
purposive
sampling.
Metode
analisis
dalam
penelitian
ini

menggunakan

Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kewirausahaan dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa FEB Universitas
Tarumanagara, sedangkan pengambilan risiko berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan
terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa FEB Universitas Tarumanagara.
