Abstract

Nilai perusahaan dapat mempengaruhi keputusan para investor, namun hasil-hasil
penelitian tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan masih belum
konsisten. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas,
struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan.
Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan teknologi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2016-2022. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan metode
purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 77 buah observasi. Data diolah menggunakan
IBM SPSS Statistics 27. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode statistik
deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan likuiditas tidak
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan struktur modal dan
pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menambah pengetahuan dan kajian berbagai pihak
mengenai faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Firm value can influence investors' decisions, but the results of research on the factors
that influence firm value are still inconsistent. The purpose of this study was to
determine the effect of profitability, capital structure, company growth and liquidity on
firm value. The subjects of this study were all technology companies listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2022 period. The research sample was
taken by purposive sampling method, so that 77 observations were obtained. Data were
processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 27. Hypothesis testing was carried out using
descriptive statistical methods. The results of this study indicate that profitability and
liquidity have no significant effect on firm value, while capital structure and company
growth have a significant effect on firm value. It is hoped that this research can add to
the knowledge and studies of various parties regarding the factors that influence firm
value.
