Abstract

Abstract (English):
The aim of this research is 1) to examine the influence of entrepreneurship education on the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) entrepreneurs in Kelapa Gading. (2) to examine the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics in achieving success among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) entrepreneurs in Kelapa Gading. (3) to determine the influence of motivation in entrepreneurship on the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) entrepreneurs in Kelapa Gading. Data collection techniques use questionnaires distributed online and manually. The number of samples used in this research was 120 respondents who were Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) entrepreneurs in Kelapa Gading. The sample selection technique in this research is non-probability sampling. The data analysis technique uses the SEM PLS method. The research results show that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on the success of entrepreneurs Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kelapa Gading, entrepreneurial characteristics have a positive and significant effect on success viii Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) entrepreneurs in Kelapa Gading, motivation in entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) entrepreneurs in Kelapa Gading.

Abstrak (Indonesia):
Tujuan dari penelitian ini 1) untuk menguji pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan pengusaha Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Kelapa Gading. (2) untuk menguji pengaruh karakteristik kewirausahaan dalam mencapai keberhasilan pengusaha Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Kelapa Gading. (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dalam berwirausaha terhadap keberhasilan pengusaha Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Kelapa Gading. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dan secara manual. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 responden yang merupakan pengusaha Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Kelapa Gading. Teknik pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pengusaha
