Abstract

Abstract:
The objective of this study is to examine the influence of entrepreneurial education, need for achievement, and locus of control on the business performance of MSMEs in Jakarta. In this study, data is processed using SmartPLS 4 software. Data collection is conducted using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The sample consists of 123 respondents, with MSME business owners in Jakarta as the population. Sampling is conducted using a non- probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling method. The analytical method employed in this study is the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial education and locus of control have a positive and significant effect on the business performance of MSMEs in Jakarta, whereas the need for achievement has a positive but not significant effect on the business performance of MSMEs in Jakarta.

Abstrak:
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, kebutuhan berprestasi, dan lokus kendali terhadap kinerja bisnis UMKM di Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini data diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS 4. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan google form. Jumlah sampel responden yang diambil untuk penelitian ini yaitu 123 responden dengan pemilik bisnis UMKM di Jakarta sebagai populasi. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lokus kendali berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis UMKM di Jakarta, sedangkan kebutuhan berprestasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis UMKM di Jakarta.
