(E) Abstract: The purpose of this research is to examine the effect human capital (HC), structural capital (SC), relational capital (RC) on dynamic capabilities (DC). Data collection was carried out through an online survey which produced 120 complete data and 70 responses that could be used. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS- SEM; SmartPLS, Version 4) This technique is used to test research hypotheses. The results of this study found that HC, SC and RC had a positive effect on DC.

(E) Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh human capital (HC), structural capital (SC), relational capital (RC) terhadap dynamic capabilities (DC). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei online yang menghasilkan 120 data lengkap dan 70 respon yang dapat digunakan. Pemodelan persamaan struktural kuadrat terkecil parsial (Partial Least Squares - SEM; SmartPLS, Versi 4) Teknik ini digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa HC, SC dan RC berpengaruh positif terhadap DC.
