(E) Abstract: Indonesia's economy in the food and beverage sector continues to experience
significant growth. This increase is due to one of the culinary festival business sectors.
Culinary festivals become effective promotional events and opportunities to innovate,
harness creativity, and adopt new strategies in developing businesses. MSME entrepreneurs
are competing to make their best efforts in order to achieve business success. The purpose
of this study was to determine the influence of creativity, entrepreneurial knowledge, social
media utilization and adaptation strategies on the success of MSME culinary festival in
Jakarta. This research method is quantitative research. Data were collected through
observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Sampling was carried out by purposive
sampling of 60 MSMEs. Data analysis using SmartPLS 4 analysis through Variance-based
SEM, through Partial Least Square-Structural Equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Based on the
test results, declared all variables valid and reliable. The results of this study were
concluded through the results of the path coefficient which shows that: 1) creativity has a
positive and significant effect on Business Success, 2) entrepreneurial knowledge does not
have a significant effect on Business Success 3) the use of social media has a positive and
significant effect on Business Success, 4) adaptation strategies have a positive and
significant effect on business success. The results of the study can be a source of reference
and input for business actors the importance of creativity as the main driver in creating
innovative and attractive products. Effective utilization of social media and and adaptation
strategies applied to respond to market changes and challenges faced.

(E) Abstrak: Persaingan yang ketat pada usaha kuliner menyebabkan para pelaku usaha perlu
menyikapi tantangan dengan terus berinovasi dan beradaptasi, serta melakukan diferensiasi
agar tetap relevan dan menarik bagi konsumen. Menganalisis keberhasilan usaha
merupakan aspek krusial dalam penelitian ini karena keberhasilan usaha kuliner sangat
bergantung pada berbagai faktor yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui pengaruh dari kreativitas, pengetahuan kewirausahaan, pemanfaatan media
sosial dan strategi adaptasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada UMKM yang berpartisipasi di
festival kuliner Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian
kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan
menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data
dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket kuesioner kepada UMKM kuliner yang
berpartisipasi di Festival Kuliner di Jakarta dan telah menjalankan usahanya minimal empat
tahun. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh responden sebanyak 60 UMKM. Data yang diperoleh
kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling
(PLS-SEM). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh bahwa kreativitas, pemanfaatan
media sosial serta strategi adaptasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan
usaha UMKM kuliner. Namun demikian, pengetahuan kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh
secara signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM kuliner.
