(E) Abstract: In the city of Jakarta, there are various mainstay tourist destinations
that can be visited. Dunia Fantasi (Dufan) located in the Ancol area, Jakarta is
one of the largest and most famous amusement parks in Indonesia. Dufan has
various rides and attractions that attract many visitors every year. This study aims
to determine the influence of perceived behavioral control, perceived value, and
attitude as independent variables, satisfaction as a mediating variable on the
intention to revisit Dufan. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population
in this study is gen z in Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study used
nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data were obtained
through questionnaires distributed via google form with a total of 250
respondents. This study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis
techniques with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that
perceived behavioral control and attitude had a negative effect on the intention to
revisit, perceived value had a positive and significant effect on the intention to
revisit, then perceived behavioral control, perceived value, and attitude had a
positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction has a positive and
significant effect on the intention to revisit, satisfaction does not mediate the
relationship between perceived behavioral control and intention to revisit,
satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between perceived value and
intention to revisit, and satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between
attitude and intention to revisit.

(M) Abstrak: Di kota Jakarta, terdapat beragam destinasi wisata andalan yang
dapat dikunjungi. Dunia Fantasi (Dufan) yang terletak di kawasan Ancol,
Jakarta merupakan salah satu taman hiburan terbesar dan terkenal di
Indonesia. Dufan memiliki berbagai wahana dan atraksi yang menarik
banyak pengunjung setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kontrol perilaku, persepsi nilai, dan sikap
sebagai variabel independen, kepuasan sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap
niat berkunjung kembali Dufan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan
yang bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah gen z di
Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan
nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Data
diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google form dengan
jumlah responden sebanyak 250. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik
analisis data structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan
perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
persepsi kontrol perilaku dan sikap berpengaruh negatif terhadap niat
berkunjung kembali, persepsi nilai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap niat berkunjung kembali, lalu persepsi kontrol perilaku, persepsi
nilai, dan sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan.
Kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung
kembali, kepuasan tidak memediasi hubungan persepsi kontrol perilaku
terhadap niat berkunjung kembali, kepuasan memediasi secara parsial
hubungan persepsi nilai terhadap niat berkunjung kembali, dan kepuasan
memediasi secara penuh hubungan sikap terhadap niat berkunjung kembali.
