(E) Abstract: This research aims to examine the influence of work stress,
workload and work motivation on employee performance. This data was
collected from 79 employees who work at PT. Kreasindo Multi Talent. This
research uses a quantitative approach and uses data analysis techniques in
the form of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Respondent characteristics
include name, gender and age. The research results show that work stress and
work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of
PT employees. Kreasindo Multi Talenta, and workload does not have a
significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Kreasindo Multi

(E) Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja, beban
kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data ini dikumpulkan
dari 79 karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Kreasindo Multi Talenta. Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik analisis data
berupa Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Karakteristik responden
meliputi nama, jenis kelamin, dan usia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
stres kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
kinerja karyawan PT. Kreasindo Multi Talenta, dan beban kerja tidak
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kreasindo Multi
Talenta.
