Abstract
Abstract: This study examines the impact of work motivation and transformational leadership on employee performance at CV Panca Karya Makmur in Bogor. The research surveyed a sample of 125 employees selected through a total sampling method, with data collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS with a quantitative approach. The findings reveal that work motivation and transformational leadership significantly enhance employee performance. Furthermore, motivation, positively affects work transformational leadership, which subsequently leads to improved employee performance.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV Panca Karya Makmur di Bogor. Penelitian ini mensurvei sampel sebanyak 125 karyawan yang dipilih melalui metode total sampling, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. , yang selanjutnya mengarah pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan.
