Abstract

ABSTRACT: The objective of this study is to examine several outcomes: 1) the influence of role models on entrepreneurial intention, and 2) the influence of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial intention. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to 150 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS 4.0. The sample consisted of undergraduate management students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Tarumanagara University who had taken entrepreneurship courses. The findings of this study are: 1) role models have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention, and
2) entrepreneurial passion also has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention.

ABSTRAK: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji beberapa hasil, yaitu 1) pengaruh role model terhadap entrepreneurial intention, 2) pengaruh entrepreneurial passion terhadap entrepreneurial intention. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner melalui google form sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa sarjana manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumanagara yang telah mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) role model berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial intention, 2) entrepreneurial passion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial intention.
