Abstract
Abstract : This study was conducted to determine whether there is any
influence of operating leverage, financial leverage, and combined leverage
toward profitability during the period from 2011 to 2014. This research using
annual data from 2011 to 2014 for each variable. The analytical method used in this
study are multiple regression analysis performed with E-views 6.0. The results
showed operating leverage, financial leverage, and combined leverage toward
profitability simultaneously have significant effect toward profitability. Partially,
combined leverage has significant effect toward profitability, while operating
leverage and financial leverage have non significant effect towards profitability.
