Abstract

The study was conducted to understand the link between family conflict-work, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and hierarchy. The sample
consisted of 200 workers. After analyzed with SPSS, research results showed that there is a moderate relationship between level of office work-
family conflict and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction contribute to a positive efflect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction mediated
relation between work-family conflict and commitment. This result concludes with implications for HR managers of Telkom and the direction for
future research.
