Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, managerial ownership, institutional ownership and foreign ownership on the value of the LQ45 index companies of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2024. The data used in this study are secondary data from companies included in the LQ45 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2024. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method and the data obtained amounted to 19 companies. The data was processed using Eviews software version 12. The results obtained from this study are that profitability has no effect on company value, leverage has a significant negative effect on company value, managerial ownership and institutional ownership have a significant positive effect on company value, foreign ownership has no effect on company value.

Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan asing terhadap nilai perusahaan indeks LQ45 Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2024. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari perusahaan yang masuk ke dalam indeks LQ45 Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun
2020-2024. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan data yang diperoleh berjumlah 19 perusahaan. Data diolah dengan menggunakan software Eviews versi 12. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, leverage berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kepemilikan asing tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
