(E) This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of leadership style, work
environment, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bangun
Flores Indonesia. The sample selection technique in this study used the total
sampling technique. The sample in the study was all employees of the company.
The data collected were 58 respondents. The data was processed using the
SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of this study indicate a positive and
significant influence between leadership style, work environment, and work
motivation on employee performance at the company. Suggestions for further
research are expected to use different variables or indicators in order to obtain
varied data.

(E) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh gaya
kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan
PT. Bangun Flores Indonesia. Teknik pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini
menggunakan teknik total sampling. Sampel pada penelitian yaitu seluruh
karyawan perusahaan. Data yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 58 responden.
Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan
adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan,
lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan. Saran
untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan menggunakan variabel ataupun indikator
yang berbeda agar mendapatkan data yang bervariasi.
