(E) Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service
quality, and price on customer satisfaction at UMKM Sate Tegal Mamase
in Jelambar. This research uses a quantitative approach with a nonexperimental

design with a comparative causal subdesign. A total of 150
respondents who were customers of Tegal Mamase Satay were involved as
samples. Data was collected through a digital questionnaire using Google
Forms which was distributed offline. The data were then analyzed using
Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results
showed that product quality, service quality, and price positively and
significantly influenced customer satisfaction at UMKM Sate Tegal
Mamase.

(E) Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas
produk, kualitas layanan, dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada
UMKM Sate Tegal Mamase di Jelambar. Penelitian ini menggunakan
pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain non-eksperimen subdesain kausal
komparatif. Sebanyak 150 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Sate
Tegal Mamase dilibatkan sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui
kuesioner digital menggunakan Google Forms yang disebarkan secara
offline. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation
Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan harga secara
positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada
UMKM Sate Tegal Mamase.
