(E) Abstract: The main objective of this study is to determine whether there is
a relationship between Food Quality, Physical Environment Quality,
Employee Service Quality, and Customer Perceived Value on Behavioral
Intention, mediated by Customer Satisfaction to burger king fast food
restaurant customers in West Jakarta. This study uses a descriptive method
with a cross sectional design. Data was obtained through a questionnaire
via google form which was distributed online with a purposive sampling
method. The sample of this study were customers of burger king fast food
restaurants in western Jakarta with a total of 200 respondents. The data were
analyzed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling
(PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 3 software. The results
revealed that Food Quality, Physical Environment Quality, Employee
Service Quality, Customer Perceived Value, and Customer Satisfaction
have a positive and significant influence on behavioral intention. Then
customer satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between Food
Quality, Physical Environment Quality, Employee Service Quality, and
Customer Perceived Value on Behavioral Intention. This research is expected to be taken into consideration for the management of Burger King
fast food restaurants in increasing the number of sales through improving
the quality of taste, place, and employee service.

(E) Abstrak: Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah
terdapat hubungan antara Food Quality, Physical Environment Quality,
Employee Service Quality, dan Customer Perceived Value terhadap
Behavioral Intention, yang dimediasi oleh Customer Satisfaction kepada
pelanggan restoran cepat saji burger king di Jakarta barat. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan cross sectional design. Data
diperoleh melalui kuesioner melalui google form yang disebar secara online
dengan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Sampel dalam
penelitian ini adalah pelanggan restoran cepat saji burger king di Jakarta
Barat dengan jumlah sebanyak 200 responden. Data dianalisis
menggunakan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling
(PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3. Hasilnya menyatakan
bahwa Food Quality, Physical Environment Quality, Employee Service
Quality, Customer Perceived Value, dan Customer Satisfaction memiliki
pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Kemudian
customer satisfaction mampu memediasi hubungan antara Food Quality,
Physical Environment Quality, Employee Service Quality, dan Customer Perceived Value terhadap Behavioral Intention. Penelitian ini diharapkan
dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pihak manajemen restoran cepat
saji Burger King dalam meningkatkan jumlah penjualan melalui perbaikan
kualitas rasa, tempat, dan pelayanan karyawan.
