Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui
pengaruh keputusan investasi , struktur modal, profitabilitas,dan ukuran
perusahaan pada nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan. Subjek penelitian adalah
perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia
selama tahun 2020-2022. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive
sampling, dan diperoleh 31 sampel perusahaan dengan total data sampel
sebanyak 93 perusahaan selama tahun 2020-2022. Teknik analisis data
menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Data diolah dengan menggunakan
program EViews versi 12.
Kata kunci: keputusan investasi,struktur modal, profitabilitas, ukuran
perusahaan , dan nilai perusahaan

Abstract: The purpose of doing this research is to determine the effect of
investment decisions, capital structure, profitability, and company size on firm
value in the company. The research subjects are property and real estate
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020-2022. The
sample was selected using the purposive sampling method, and 31 sample
companies were obtained with a total sample data of 93 companies during
2020-2022. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. Data
is processed using the EViews program version 12.
