Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan
terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Brand Mortar Utama yang didistribusikan oleh PT. Kurnia
Angke. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei cross-sectional.
Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang melibatkan 74 responden, dipilih menggunakan
teknik purposive sampling. Variabel yang diteliti mencakup kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas
produk sebagai variabel independen, serta kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel dependen.
Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas
pelayanan dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
Kualitas produk yang mampu memenuhi ekspektasi dan pelayanan yang responsif serta sesuai
kebutuhan pelanggan berkontribusi positif terhadap kepuasan mereka.

This research aims to examine the influence of product quality and service quality on customersatisfaction of the Mortar Utama brand, distributed by PT. Kurnia Angke. A quantitativeapproach was used, with a cross-sectional survey method. Data were gathered throughquestionnaires from 74 respondents, selected using purposive sampling. The study focuses on
service quality and product quality as independent variables, while customer satisfaction is the
dependent variable. Hypothesis testing was performed using Smart PLS. The findings showthat both product quality and service quality have a significant positive effect on customersatisfaction. Products that align with customer expectations, coupled with responsive and
efficient service, contribute significantly to enhancing customer satisfaction.
