(E) Abstract: Human resources in Indonesia are among the largest in the world.

The difficulty in finding employment opportunities is the primary reason for the importance of creating new job opportunities. The aim of this study is to empirically examine whether entrepreneurship education has a positive influence on entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, it seeks to empirically examine whether entrepreneurial self-confidence has a positive influence on entrepreneurial intention. Additionally, it aims to empirically test whether social norms have a positive influence on entrepreneurial intention.This study uses the convenience sampling technique for data collection, which was conducted using Google Forms distributed through social media. The research employs SmartPLS 4 software to analyze data from 139 respondents who met the criteria set by the researchers.The conclusions of this study are as follows: entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial self-confidence has a positive but not significant influence on entrepreneurial intention. Lastly, social norms have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention.

(E) Abstrak: Sumber daya manusia di negara Indonesia merupakan salah satu yang terbanyak di Dunia. Kesulitan untuk mendapatkan lapangan pekerjaan merupakan alasan utama pentingnya membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji secara empiris apakah pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Kemudian, untuk menguji secara empiris apakah kepercayaan diri berwirausaha memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Selain itu, untuk menguji secara empiris apakah norma sosial memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap intention berwirausaha. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik convenience sampling sebagai cara untuk pengambilan sampel yang dikumpulkan menggunakan google form dengan menggunakan media social. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan software SmartPLS 4 dengan menganalisis 139 responden yang sesuai dengan persyaratan yang diinginkan peneliti. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Kepercayaan diri berwirausaha memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Terakhir, norma sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi
berwirausaha.
