Abstract

Abstract
This study aims to examine the Role of Creativity, Innovation, and Flexibility with the aspect of Technology as a success factor for Culinary MSMEs in Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta. In this study, the sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using the non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique used by distributing questionnaires online via Google form which were then processed using PLS-SEM. The results of the study indicate that the influence of creativity and innovation has no significant effect on the success of MSME businesses. While the influence of flexibility and technology in innovation has a positive and significant effect on the success of MSME businesses.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Peran Kreativitas, Inovasi, dan Fleksibilitas dengan aspek Teknologi sebagai factor kesuksesan UMKM Kuliner di Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat. Dalam penelitian ini sampel terdiri dari 100 responden yang dipilih dengan Metode non probabilitas sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling digunakan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner secara online melalui Google form yang kemudian diolah menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kreativitas dan inovasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kesuksesan usaha pelaku UMKM. Sedangkan pengaruh fleksibilitas dan teknologi dalam inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesuksesan usaha pelaku UMKM.
