Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi digital, kompetensi
berwirausaha, dan jiwa kewirausahaan terhadap resiliensi bisnis para pengusaha
UMKM di Telukgong, Jakarta Utara. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 56 UMKM
makanan di Telukgong yang telah beroperasi minimal satu tahun. Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif, berdasarkan landasan
teori Diffusion of Innovation, Ekosistem Inovasi Digital, dan Organizational
Resilience. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung maupun
menggunakan Google Form, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least
Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk menguji apakah inovasi digital, kompetensi berwirausaha, dan jiwa
kewirausahaan secara signifikan memengaruhi resiliensi UMKM di Telukgong,
Jakarta Utara. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian hipotesis inovasi digital terhadap
resiliensi bisnis mendapat hasil positif dan signifikan sebesar 0.406 dengan nilai pvalue

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital innovation, entrepreneurial
competence, and entrepreneurial spirit on the business resilience of MSME
entrepreneurs in Telukgong, North Jakarta. The research sample consisted of 56 food
MSMEs in Telukgong that have been operating for at least one year. This study uses a
quantitative approach with a descriptive design, based on the theoretical foundations
of Diffusion of Innovation, Digital Innovation Ecosystem, and Organizational
Resilience. Data were collected through direct questionnaire distribution or using
Google Form, then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation
Modeling (PLS-SEM) version 4 method. The results of this study aim to test whether
digital innovation, entrepreneurial competence, and entrepreneurial spirit significantly
affect the resilience of MSMEs in Telukgong, North Jakarta. Based on the results of
the hypothesis test, digital innovation on business resilience got a positive and
significant result of 0.406 with a p-value of 0.000. then the hypothesis of
entrepreneurial competence on business resilience, got a positive and significant result
of 0.325 with a p-value of 0.006.
and the hypothesis of entrepreneurial spirit on business resilience got an insignificant
result of 0.145 because the p-value of 0.064> 0.05. So Based on the results of the test,
analysis, and discussion that have been explained, the conclusion of this study is that
the Digital Innovation variable has a positive and significant effect on the resilience of
MSMEs in Telukgong, North Jakarta, the Entrepreneurial Competence variable has a
positive and significant effect on the resilience of MSMEs in Telukgong, North Jakarta
while the Entrepreneurial Spirit variable does not have a significant effect on the
resilience of MSMEs in Telukgong, North Jakarta
