Abstract: Based on a survey conducted among Uniqlo customers in
Jakarta, it can be seen that customer satisfaction is an important factor in
maintaining business sustainability in the fashion industry, including for
global brands such as Uniqlo. To increase satisfaction, it is important to
understand the influence of factors such as product quality, price, payment,
and delivery. This research aims to examine the influence of these factors
on Uniqlo customer satisfaction in Jakarta. Data was collected through
distributing online questionnaires with the sampling technique using
purposive sampling, involving 80 respondents who were Uniqlo customers,
the data was analyzed using SmartPLS4. The results showed that product
quality, payment, and delivery have a positive and significant influence on
Uniqlo's customer satisfaction in Jakarta. Meanwhile, price does not have
a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This shows that Uniqlo
customers prioritize product quality, payment, and reliable delivery over
price. Uniqlo is advised to continue to improve product quality, payment,
and delivery, and evaluate pricing strategies to stay relevant to customer
preferences.

Abstrak: Berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan pada pelanggan Uniqlo di
Jakarta, dapat diketahui bahwa kepuasan konsumen merupakan faktor
penting dalam mempertahankan keberlanjutan bisnis di industri fashion,
termasuk bagi merek global seperti Uniqlo. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan,
penting memahami pengaruh faktor seperti kualitas produk, harga,
pembayaran, dan pengiriman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji
pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap kepuasan konsumen Uniqlo di
Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner online dengan
teknik pengambilan sampel nya menggunakan purposive sampling,
melibatkan 80 respondenyang merupakan pelanggan Uniqlo, data dianalisis
dengan menggunakan SmartPLS4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
product quality, payment, dan delivery memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan
signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction Uniqlo di Jakarta. Sementara itu,
price tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction.
Ini menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan Uniqlo lebih mengutamakan kualitas
produk, pembayaran, dan pengiriman yang andal dibandingkan harga.
Uniqlo disarankan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas produk, pembayaran,
dan pengiriman, serta mengevaluasi strategi harga agar tetap relevan dengan
preferensi pelanggan.
