E. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel
website design quality, e-trust, price fairness dan e-satisfaction terhadap
repurchase intention pada industri e-commerce dibidang top-up. Dalam
pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan secara online dengan menggunakan
platform google form dengan teknik pemilihan sampel berupa convenience
sampling. Jumlah responden yang berhasil dikumpulkan 169 responden namun
dikarenakan terdapat kriteria sehingga yang digunakan hanya berjumlah 150
responden. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan metode
SEM-PLS dengan bantuan Software SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data
dapat diketahui price fairness dan e-satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif
dalam memprediksi repurchase intention, kemudian website design quality
dan e-trust memiliki pengaruh positif dalam memprediksi e-satisfaction,
terakhir website design quality dan e-trust yang dimediasi oleh e-satisfaction
memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap repurchase intention. Hasil dari penelitian
ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan kepada perusahaanperusahaan
e-commerce
dibidang
top-up
untuk
menetapkan
strategi
pemasaran

sesuai.

E. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of website design quality, e-
trust, price fairness and e-satisfaction variables on repurchase intention in the
e-commerce industry in the top-up field. In collecting data, this research was
conducted online using the google form platform with a sample selection
technique in the form of convenience sampling. The number of respondents
who were successfully collected was 169 respondents but because there were
criteria so that only 150 respondents were used. The data that has been
collected is analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with the help of SmartPLS
software. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that price
fairness and e-satisfaction have a positive influence in predicting repurchase
intention, then website design quality and e-trust have a positive influence in
predicting e-satisfaction, finally website design quality and e-trust mediated by
e-satisfaction have a positive influence on repurchase intention. The results of
this study are expected to be taken into consideration for e-commerce
companies in the top-up sector to determine the appropriate marketing
strategy.
