Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of risk-taking, entrepreneurial networks, and product innovation on MSMEs’ performance. The sample in this study is micro, small, and medium enterprises in the culinary sector and located in Jakarta. The sample selection technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling method. Data were collected through Google Form with a total of 120 respondents. Data analysis was done by using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant effect of risk-taking and product innovation on MSMEs’ performance, meanwhile there is a positive and insignificant effect of entrepreneurial networks on MSMEs’ performance.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari pengambilan risiko, entrepreneurial networks, dan inovasi produk terhadap kinerja UMKM. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah UMKM yang bergerak pada sektor kuliner dan berdomisili di Jakarta. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui Google Form dengan total terdapat 120 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM melalui software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari pengambilan risiko dan inovasi produk terhadap kinerja UMKM, sedangkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan dari entrepreneurial networks terhadap kinerja UMKM.
