Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) on revisit intention at Prambanan Temple, mediated by destination image and tourist satisfaction. As tourist numbers increase, managers must improve service quality and maintain a positive image to encourage repeat visits. Using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the results show that e-WOM significantly influences destination image and tourist satisfaction, which positively affect revisit intention. These findings provide insights for tourism managers to enhance promotional strategies and destination management to boost repeat visits.
