Abstract

The purpose of writing the report is to find out whether the implementation
of procedures for spending money and/or services to be provided to the community
found any non-compliance with the laws and regulations regarding the account in
the regional government financial report x period 2023. Therefore, steps were taken
in the audit to to find out whether there is non-compliance and to assess the fairness
of the presentation of these accounts in regional government financial reports in
accordance with the mandate of article 23 paragraph (5) of the Constitution
regarding the BPK's task of examining financial reports, one of which is regional
government financial reports. The results of this research show that there is
disobedience found with the implementation of regulations regarding accounts for
spending money and/or services to be provided to the community related to the
inefficiency nominal in awarding prizes to winners of competitions held by the
Regional Government of Regency X in 2023.

Penulisan Laporan memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pelaksanaan
prosedur untuk Belanja Uang Atau Jasa Untuk Diberikan Kepada Masyarakat
menemukan pelanggaran terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan akun tersebut di
LKPD X TA 2023. Oleh karena itu dilakukan langkah-langkah dalam pemeriksaan
untuk mengetahui hal apakah terdapat ketidakpatuhan dan untuk menilai kewajaran
atas penyajian akun tersebut dalam laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah sesuai
amanat pasal 23 ayat (5) UUD terkait tugas BPK memeriksa laporan keuangan salah
satunya laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah.Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa
terdapat ketidakpatuhan pelaksanaan peraturan perundang-undangan atas akun
Belanja Uang Atau Jasa Untuk Diberikan Kepada Masyarakat terkait adanya
ketidakhematan nominal pemberian hadiah kepada pemenang lomba yang diadakan
Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten X TA 2023.
