Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance
(GCG), modal sosial, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja keuangan Lembaga
Perkreditan Desa (LPD) di Bali. Data diperoleh dari 100 LPD yang dipilih secara acak
dengan teknik proportional sampling dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode
Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil
dari penelitian ini imenunjukkan bahwa penerapan GCG, modal sosial, dan budaya
organisasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja keuangan. GCG yang
baik meningkatkan kepercayaan stakeholder, modal sosial memperkuat kolaborasi
dengan masyarakat, dan budaya organisasi yang kuat mendukung efisiensi
operasional. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi GCG, modal
sosial, dan budaya organisasi dalam mendukung keberlanjutan dan daya saing LPD.
Implikasi penelitian mencakup pentingnya pelatihan, regulasi yang mendukung, dan
strategi yang selaras dengan kearifan lokal seperti Tri Hita Karana.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), social
capital, and organizational culture on the financial performance of Village Credit
Institutions (LPDs) in Bali. Data were obtained from 100 randomly selected LPDs
using proportional sampling techniques and analyzed using the Structural Equation
Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study
indicate that the implementation of GCG, social capital, and organizational culture
has a significant and positive impact on financial performance. Effective GCG
enhances stakeholder trust, social capital strengthens collaboration with communities,
and a strong organizational culture supports operational efficiency. This study
concludes the importance of integrating GCG, social capital, and organizational
culture in supporting the sustainability and competitiveness of LPDs. The research
implications include the necessity of training, supportive regulations, and strategies
aligned with local wisdom such as Tri Hita Karana.
