Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Sustainable
Performance di perusahaan keluarga sektor sawit yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek
Indonesia, dengan fokus pada social capital, government support, environmental
dynamism, entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial competencies,
entrepreneurial resilience, dan innovation. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah
pekerja di perusahaan keluarga sektor sawit yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek
Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan bentuk Google Form
yang dikirimkan kepada responden dengan total 139 responden, kemudian
diproses dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Smart PLS 4.1. Penelitian ini
menemukan bahwa social capital, entrepreneurial competencies berdampak
positif pada sustainable performance. Penelitian ini juga menguji efek mediasi
dan tidak terdapat efek mediasi yang signifikan dari social capital dan
government support terhadap sustainable performance yang dimediasi oleh
entrepreneurial orientation. Entrepreneurial Competencies terhadap sustainable
performance yang dimediasi oleh innovation juga tidak memiliki efek mediasi.

Stock
Exchange.
Data was
collected
through a
questionnaire
in the

to

of
