Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti secara statistik mengenai pengaruh
antara Pengaruh Tingkat Kemandirian Pemerintah Daerah, Tingkat Ketergantungan
Kepada Pemerintah Pusat Dan Belanja Modal Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan
Pemerintah Daerah Yang Dimoderasi Oleh Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pada
Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Tahun 2007-2021. Analisis data
penelitian dibantu dengan program software Econometric Views 12 (EViews). Dari
hasil pengujian hipotesis terhadap 15 Pemerintah Daerah Pada Provinsi Sumetera
Selatan Selama Tauhn 2007-2021 mendapatkan hasil bahwa Tingkat Kemandirian
Pemerintah Daerah, Tingkat Ketergantungan kepada Pemerintah Pusat dan Belanja
Modal berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah.
Sedangkan untuk variabel moderasi, Kualitas Laporan Keuangan memperlemah
pengaruh negatif Tingkat Kemandirian Pemerintah Daerah dan Tingkat
Ketergantungan Kepada Pemerintah Pusat terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah
Daerah, namun Kualitas Laporan Keuangan memperkuat pengaruh negatif antara
Belanja Modal terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah.

This study aims to obtain statistical evidence regarding the influence of the Level
of Regional Government Independence, Level of Dependence on the Central
Government and Capital Expenditure on the Financial Performance of Regional
Governments Moderated by the Quality of Financial Reports in the Regional
Government of South Sumatra Province in 2007-2021. The analysis of the research
data was assisted by the Econometric Views 12 (EViews) software program From
the results of hypothesis testing on 15 Regional Governments in South Sumatra
Province during the 2007-2021 years, it was found that the Level of Regional
Government Independence, Level of Dependence on the Central Government and
Capital Expenditure had a negative effect on the Financial Performance of
Regional Governments. As for the moderating variable, the Quality of Financial
Reports weakens the negative effect of the Level of Regional Government
Independence and the Level of Dependence on the Central Government on the
Financial Performance of Regional Governments, but the Quality of Financial
Reports strengthens the negative effect between Capital Expenditure on the
Financial Performance of Regional Governments.
