Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pengaruh profitabilitas,
likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan stuktur modal
sebagai variabel moderasi. Teori yang dipakai adalah teori signal. Dengan metode
kuantitatif data sekunder yang menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 84
sampel lalu menggunakan eviews versi 9. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan
bahwa profitabilitas,likuiditas memiliki dampak yang positif namun ukuran
perusahaan memiliki dampak negatif pada nilai perusahaan. Sturktur modal
memperkuat profitabilitas,likuiditas,ukuran perusahaan pada nilai perushaan.

The aim of this study is to understand the influence of profitability, liquidity, and
firm size on firm value, with capital structure as a moderating variable. The
theory used is signaling theory. Utilizing a quantitative method with secondary
data and purposive sampling, 84 samples were analyzed using Eviews version 9.
The results indicate that profitability and liquidity have a positive impact on firm
value, whereas firm size has a negative impact. Capital structure strengthens the
relationship between profitability, liquidity, and firm size on firm value.
