Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran
perusahaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, dengan struktur modal sebagai
pemoderasi. Populasi penelitian meliputi 112 perusahaan manufaktur di sektor industri dasar
dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2018-2022. Pengambilan
sampel menggunakan kriteria purposive sampling, menghasilkan 33 sampel yang dianalisis
dengan menggunakan EViews versi 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan
perusahaan, struktur modal, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Selain
itu, struktur modal memiliki peran sebagai pemoderasi antara pertumbuhan perusahaan dan
ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan, namun tidak dalam hubungannya dengan
profitabilitas.

This research aims to determine the influence of company growth, company size, and
profitability on firm value, with capital structure as a moderator. The population of the study
consists of 112 manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on
the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018-2022. Sampling was done using
purposive sampling criteria, resulting in 33 samples analyzed using EViews version 12. The
results indicate that company growth, capital structure, and profitability significantly affect
firm value. Additionally, the capital structure moderates the relationship between company
growth and company size on firm value, but not with profitability.
