Abstract

A success of a project is determined by the accuracy of project schedule. Several factors are needed in a way to deliver a successful project implementation such as site availability along with site permission, with sophisticated management in project planning, inventory scheme and site coordination, not to mention a strong leadership as well as a fluent organisational teamwork. A leader is an individual who leads, meanwhile a leadership is talent and attitude
that must be had by a leader. It is suggested that without leadership, a project would be a group of misdirection people. If there is inapropriate teamwork coordination plus inaccurate planning and miscalculate inventory scheme, it will produce great impact to the project performance and project success in general. Therefore it is very essential for completing project in the time and cost boundary as have been agreed, in order to obtain owner's satisfaction so that repeat order would be possible in the future.
