Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work
ability on job satisfaction of employees of PT First Marine Seafoods and to
determine the effect of motivation on job satisfaction of employees of PT
First Marine Seafoods. The descriptive method is used by distributing
online questionnaires which are then processed using smartPLS-SEM. The
sample of this research is 60 employees or all employees who work at PT
First Marine Seafoods. The results of this study are that work ability has a
positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT First
Marine Seafoods and motivation has a positive and significant effect on
job satisfaction of employees of PT First Marine Seafoods.
