Abstract
This study aims to determine whether leadership style, work
motivation, and organizational culture have an influence on employee job
satisfaction at PT Surya Gita. The sample in this study was 52 respondents
who were all employees who worked at PT Surya Gita. The sample selection
technique used is a saturated sample. This study used the Smart Partial
Least Square (SmartPLS) system for data analysis methods. The results of
this study show that work motivation has a positive and significant influence
on employee job satisfaction. Meanwhile, leadership style and
organizational culture have a positive but not significant influence on
employee job satisfaction.
