Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of
product quality, service quality and store atmosphere on behavioral intention
at Zalore pop up store Jakarta. This research was conducted by probability
sampling method with a type of purposive sampling. The researcher
distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis using PLS-SEM
analysis. The results of the study indicates that product quality positively
affection behavioral intention. Service quality also positively affecting
behavioral intention. And lastly, store atmosphere also has a positive impact
on behavioral intention.
