Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work
environment and work stress on employee job satisfaction at PT. Boehringer
Ingelheim Indonesia. The sampling technique used for this study used a
purposive sampling technique and the total number of samples used was 105
employees from the company. Based on the results of the p-value significance
test between work motivation and job satisfaction, it has a value of 0.247 and
has a path coefficient of 0.170. This shows that work motivation has a positive
and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction. The second test shows
that the results of the p-value significance test between work environment and
job satisfaction have a value of 0.038 and have a path coefficient of 0.124,
this shows that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on
employee job satisfaction. The third test shows the results of the p-value
significance test between job stress on job satisfaction has a value of 0.000
and has a path coefficient of 0.624, this shows that job stress has a positive
and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
