Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang pengaruh
profitabilitas, struktur modal, struktur aktiva, dan umur perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan
pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2018-2020. Jumlah sampel
penelitian ini sebanyak 89 perusahaan manufaktur yang dipilih dengan metode
purposive sampling. Data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis
regresi linear berganda yang diolah dengan software Eviews 12 SV. Hasil penelitian
ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan struktur modal memiliki pengaruh
signifikan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Struktur aktiva tidak memiliki pengaruh
signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Umur perusahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan
negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitability, capital
structure, asset structure, and firm age on firm value in manufacturing companies
listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The number of samples in this
study were 89 manufacturing companies selected by purposive sampling method. The
research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques which
were processed with Eviews 12 SV software. The results of this study indicate that
profitability and capital structure have a significant positive effect on firm value. Asset
structure has no significant effect on firm value. Firm age has a significant negative
effect on firm value.
