Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage,
likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan disektor property &
real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019-2022.
Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk menemukan bukti
empiris pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial. Hasil uji simultan
menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas, leverage, likuiditas, dan ukuran
perusahaan secara bersama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai
perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel
profitabilitas dan leverage secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil uji parsial untuk variabel likuiditas menunjukkan
likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil
uji parsial untuk variabel ukuran perusahaan menunjukkan ukuran perusahaan
berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to examine the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, and
company size on company value in the property & real estate sector listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2022. This research uses multiple
regression analysis to find empirical evidence of influence simultaneously or
partially. The results of the simultaneous test shows that the variable profitability,
leverage, liquidity, and firm size together have a significant influence on firm
value. Based on the results of the partial test, it shows that the profitability and
leverage variables partially have a positive and significant effect on firm value.
The results of the partial test for the variable liquidity show that liquidity has a
positive and insignificant effect on firm value. The results of the partial test for the
variable firm size show that firm size has a negative and insignificant effect on
firm value.
