Abstract
This study aims to investigate analytically how financial factors which are firm
size, profitability, and in investment decisions affect firm value. This research was
conducted in property and real estate manufacturing companies that are listed on
the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2021. The sample in this study
was selected using the purposive sampling method with 31 companies used
as samples. This study uses secondary data processed with IBM SPSS version
26. The results of the F test show that firm sie, profitability, and investment
decisions together have a significant effect on firm value. The results of the t test
show that firm size, and profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm
value, while in investment decisions has a positive and no significant effect on
firm value

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas dan
ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian dilakukan pada
perusahaan manufaktur sektor sektor property dan real estate pada Bursa Efek
Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019 hingga 2021. Sampel penelitian menggunakan
metode purposive sampling sebanyak 31 perusahaan yang dijadikan sebagai objek
penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diolah menggunakan
IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan
profitabilitas, dan keputusan invetasi secara bersama berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasil uji t menunjukkan ukuran perusahaan dan
profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan,
sedangkan keputusan investasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap
nilai perusahaan.
