Abstract
Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage,
ukuran perusahaan dan arus kas bebas terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan
sektor keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2018-2020.
Sampel penelitian ini adalah 25 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.
Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Eviews versi 12. Hasil
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan
memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kebijakan dividen, variabel
likuiditas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan negatif terhadap kebijakan
dividen, sedangkan variable leverage dan arus kas bebas tidak memiliki pengaruh
yang signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen.

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, firm size
and free cash flow on dividend policy in financial sector company listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2020 period. The sample of this research is
25 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Hypothesis testing in this
study uses multiple regression analysis. The data processing in this study uses the
E-views application version 12. The results of this study indicate that the variables
of profitability and firm size have a significant effect and positif on dividend policy,
the variables of liquidity have a significant effect and negative on dividend policy,
while the variables of leverage and free cash flow do not have a significant effect
on dividend policy.
