Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari profitabilitas
(ROA), likuiditas (CR), ukuran perusahaan (SIZE), struktur aset (AS), dan
pertumbuhan penjualan (SG) terhadap struktur modal (DER) pada perusahaan
property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-
2021 dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 99 sampel perusahaan yang dipilih
melalui purposive sampling untuk mendapatkan data yang valid. Pengolahan data
sampel menggunakan dengan program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences
versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil uji F, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ROA,
CR, SIZE, AS, dan SG secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap DER.
Berdasarkan hasil uji T hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ROA, CR, SIZE,
dan AS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap DER. Sedangkan hanya SG tidak
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap DER.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of profitability (ROA),
liquidity (CR), firm size (SIZE), asset structure (AS), and sales growth (SG) on
capital structure (DER) in property and real estate companies listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2021 using a sample of 99
companies selected through purposive sampling to obtain valid data. Processing
sample data using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 26. The
result of the F test, the result of this study indicate that ROA, CR, SIZE, AS, and
SG simultaneously have significant effect on DER. The result of the T test, the result
of this study indicate that ROA, CR, SIZE, and AS have a significant effect on
DER. Meanwhile, only the SG has no significant effect on DER.
