Abstract
PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS, DAN LEVERAGE
TERHADAP FIRM VALUE DENGAN INFLASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL
MODERASI PADA PERUSAHAAN PROPERTI YANG TERDAFTAR DI
BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2019-2022
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas,
dan leverage terhadap firm value dengan inflasi sebagai variabel moderasi pada
perusahaan properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2022.
Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan sampel sebanyak 52
perusahaan dan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengolahan data
dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program Eviews 12. Hasil yang diperoleh
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan tidak
signifikan terhadap firm value. Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan
terhadap firm value. Leverage berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap
firm value. Selain itu, pada penelitian ini inflasi tidak memoderasi pengaruh
profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap firm value secara signifikan.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, and
leverage on firm value with inflation as a moderating variable for property
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. This study uses
secondary data with a sample of 52 companies and uses purposive sampling
technique. Data processing in this study used the Eviews 12 program. The results
obtained by this study indicate that profitability has a positive and insignificant
effect on firm value. Liquidity has negative and insignificant effect on firm value.
Leverage has a positive and significant effect on firm value. In addition, in this
study inflation does not significantly moderate the effect of profitability and
leverage on firm value.
