Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh
ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan dan leverage terhadap intellectual capital
pada perusahaan finansial yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode
2019 - 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan 105 sampel dan 259 data dari
perusahaan finansial yang diseleksi dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik
pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan diolah
menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa firm size
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intellectual capital, firm age
berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap intellectual capital, sedangkan
leverage berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap intellectual capital.
Kata kunci : Intellectual Capital, Firm Size, Firm Age, Leverage.
The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of
company size, company age and leverage on intellectual capital in financial
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019 -
2021. This study used 105 samples and 259 data from financial companies that
selected by purposive sampling method. The data processing technique uses
multiple linear regression analysis and is processed using SPSS version 26. The
results of this study indicate that firm size has a positive and significant effect on
intellectual capital, firm age has a positive and insignificant effect on intellectual
capital, while leverage has a negative and insignificant effect on intellectual
capital. intellectual capital.
