Abstract
Penelitian ini berisi tentang firm size, volatility, uniqueness, dan tangibility
terhadap capital structure pada perusahaan healthcare yang tercatat pada bursa
efek indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2019 sampai dengan 2021. Sampel yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan 15 perusahaan
sebagai sampel. Data-data dalam penelitian ini diproses menggunakan aplikasi Eviews
12. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Firm size mempunyai
pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap capital structure, volatility mempunyai
pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap capital structure, uniqueness
mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap capital structure,
tangibility mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap capital structure.
Kata Kunci : firm size, volatility, uniqueness, tangibility, capital structure.
ABSTRACT
This research contains firm size, volatility, uniqueness, and tangibility of capital
structure in healthcare companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (IDX)
in the period 2019 to 2021. The sample used in this study was purposive sampling
with 15 companies as samples. The data in this study was processed using the Eviews

application.
The
results of this study show that Firm size has a positive
and significant influence on capital structure, volatility has a positive and
insignificant influence on capital, uniqueness has a negative and insignificant
influence on capital structure, tangibility has a positive and significant influence
on capital structure.
