Abstract
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of profitability,
liquidity, Net Working Capital and growth opportunity on cash holding in consumer
non-cyclicals companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.
The sample data in this study were 102 sample data. This study uses secondary data
that is processed using IBM SPSS version 29. The results of the F test show that
profitability, liquidity, net working capital and growth opportunity together have a
significant effect on cash holding. The results of the t test show that profitability
and growth opportunity have a positive and significant effect on cash holding, while
leverage has a negative and significant effect on cash holding. Firm size has a
positive and insignificant effect on cash holding.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh
profitabilitas, likuiditas, net working capital dan growth opportunity terhadap cash
holding pada perusahaan consumer non-cyclicals. Teknik pengambilan sampel
menggunakan purposive sampling. Data sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 102
data sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diolah menggunakan
IBM SPSS versi 29. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, liquidty, Net
working capital dan growth opportunity secara bersama berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap cash holding. Hasil uji t menunjukkan profitabilitas dan growth
opportunity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap cash holding, sedangkan
leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap cash holding. Firm size
berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap cash holding.
