Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai
pengaruh profitabilitas, struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, dan asset growth
terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia tahun 2018 – 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive
sampling dengan 31 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
Data dalam penelitian ini diinput dan dihitung dengan program Microsoft Excel dan
diolah dengan menggunakan program Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan
bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan
sedangkan profitabilitas, struktur modal, dan asset growth tidak berpengaruh secara
signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of
profitability, capital structure, firm size, and asset growth on firm value in banking
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 – 2020. This study uses
a purposive sampling method with 31 banking companies listed on the Indonesian
Stock Exchange. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data in this study were
inputted and calculated using the Microsoft Excel program and processed using the
Eviews 12 program. The results of this study indicate that firm size has a significant
positive effect on firm value while profitability, capital structure, and asset growth
have no significant effect on firm value.
