Abstract
PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LEVERAGE, DAN LIKUIDITAS
TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari profitabilitas, leverage,
dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan. subjek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan
sektor konsumen primer, konsumen non primer, healthcare, industrial, transportasi
& logistik yang diteliti dalam rentang waktu 2017-2021. Penelitian ini bersifat
kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diambil dari
Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan
sebanyak 300 sampel dari 97 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive
sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Data
dikumpulkan dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel 2016 dan diolah dengan
menggunakan SPSS edisi 21. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan
profitabilitas (ROA) dan leverage (DAR) memiliki pengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan Likuiditas (CR) memiliki
pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas; Leverage; Likuiditas; Nilai perusahaan.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, and liquidity on
firm value. The subjects of this research are companies in the primary consumer,
non-primary consumer, healthcare, industrial, transportation & logistics sectors
which are studied in the 2017-2021 timeframe. This research is quantitative. The
sample used is secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In
this study, the sample used was 300 samples from 97 companies using purposive
sampling method. Data analysis using multiple linear regression method. Data
was collected with the help of Microsoft Excel 2016 and processed using SPSS
edition 21. The results in this study show that profitability (ROA) and leverage
(DAR) have a positive and significant effect on firm value. While Liquidity (CR)
has a positive but not significant effect on firm value.
