Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted various fields of human life. Because it is a disease that takes many
lives and can spread quickly. The construction sector is one of the areas receiving the impact of this pandemic. This
pandemic has resulted in a decline in development in Indonesia. Jobs that are judged to have a greater presentation
of this virus are caused by interactions with one another. Therefore, a new strategy is needed to deal with the impacts
that are considered capable of reducing the productivity of construction workers. Through a literature study,
researchers conducted at the beginning the factors that affected worker productivity during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Then the initial results are compiled into a questionnaire which is distributed to project actors in projects located in
Jabodetabek using a Likert scale to measure the level of influence of a variable being tested. After the data was
collected, the data was processed using the factor analysis method. The results show that there are 8 variables that
affect the productivity of construction workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. After doing so, the dominant factors
obtained are 3 dominant factors that affect the productivity of construction workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
