Abstract
This research aimed to examine the influence of Financial Literacy
toward Financial Satisfaction through Financial Capability as Mediation
Variable. This research was conducted lecturers are actively working
throughout Indonesia. The method of sampling is accidental sampling. The
subject of this study were all lecturers are actively working throughout
Indonesia, both at State and Private Universities. The sample in this study
amounted to 500 respondents through spreading a questionnaire to lecturers by
online through Google questionaire. The data processed using SmartPLS 3.0.
The result suggest that Financial Literacy have significant influence on
Financial satisfaction through Financial Capability. The results of this study
are consistent with the predictions of Theory Planned Behavior and Behavioral
Finance Theory.
